From his speech to TIES members on December 6, 2010:
1. We are living in a world of revolution.
2. We have a climate crisis, and we also have a crisis of human resources: most people don’t like what they do.
3. Our schools are designed to meet the needs of a mass of people (Industrial Age thinking), not individuals.
4. We must move from industrial metaphor to organic metaphor.
5. We spend more on prisons than we do on schools.
6. Education is the miracle business.
